Say hello to Maggie Koerner! Born and raised in Shreveport (Upstate) Louisiana and blessed to call New Orleans home since 2011.

She’s had incredible opportunities to meet, collaborate, play music & now act with so many talented musicians, friends and heroes throughout my career who continue to inspire me.  She’s endlessly grateful for all of the vibrant and inclusive communities that have held space for her over the years and supported her creative spirits.

From 2013 to 2015, she had the opportunity to co-write 2 singles & be the lead singer for Galactic. Then she collaborated with Fink on the EP Dig Down Deep (2016). She’s released three full-length albums independently—Quarter Life (2011), Neutral Ground (2013), and The Bartholomew Songs (2022).

Most recently, Naughty Professor released a single co-written & performed by her called “Wings to Fly” (2024).  Maggie will release my version of “O Holy Night” later this month, & will release a 2-song EP co-written & produced by David Shaw (The Revivalists) in early 2025.  She also starred in a film titled “Heart Strings” coming out 2025.
