Dead Poet Society
About
Formed in Boston, Massachusetts, and known for their powerful vocal performances, intricate guitar work, and a heavy yet melodic style, Dead Poet Society blends elements of alternative rock, hard rock, and progressive rock. Their sound is dark and energetic, often exploring themes related to mental health, self-reflection, and personal struggle.
The band’s roots trace back to Berklee College of Music, where the members connected over a shared passion for experimental and genre-blending rock. Through extensive touring and word-of-mouth, they built a strong fanbase even before releasing a full-length album.
The band comprises Jack Underkofler on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Jack Collins on lead guitar, Dylan Brenner on bass, and Will Goodroad on drums. Each member brings a unique element to their sound, contributing to the high-energy performances and layered instrumentals that have become their signature.
